About Jessica Ham , LCSW

“Trauma is a mental injury, not a mental illness.” – Emma McAdam

Healing from trauma is possible, and you’re not alone on this journey. At Daisy Counseling, we specialize in helping individuals navigate through the complexities of single incident and complex trauma. Our practice offers virtual therapy sessions licensed in both Colorado and Ohio, making support accessible no matter where you are within these states.

Trauma can deeply affect our mental and emotional well-being, often making it challenging to move forward and find peace. I specialize in working with adults and young adults to address both trauma and complex trauma (CPTSD). In our sessions, you will guide the pace of your healing journey. Whether you wish to quickly resolve a recent trauma or take a slower, more intentional approach to address long-term or childhood wounds, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Hello! I’m Jessica Ham, a licensed social worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma. With twenty years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of guiding many clients through their healing journeys.

My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, with a deep understanding of how trauma affects both the mind and body. I use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego States interventions, and mindfulness practices to customize our sessions to meet your unique needs.

I founded Daisy Counseling to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Every person’s story is unique, and I am here to walk alongside you as you uncover your strength and resilience.
